you should consider VR for a specific project.
- If your project is suitable
for VR, Section II helps you decide if you should develop
the program in-house or consider outsourcing.
In
each section you:
- Score (assign values to) a series
of project and organizational questions.
- Total your scores.
- Evaluate your scores against
guidelines.
